Joseph Bridgeford

Joe Bridgeford is an innovation senior level executive with a successful track record applying technical, operational, and financial leadership skills in technology driven manufacturing enterprises. The breadth and depth of his experience includes strategic implementation, turnaround leadership, organizational reengineering, operational effectiveness, new product development, startups, technology commercialization, international partnerships, channel marketing, joint ventures, supply chain, vertical integration, and multi-plant operations.

Joe was a senior executive at Ultrafab, Inc., a market leader in custom sealing solutions using proprietary technology for windows, doors and OEM applications. An up-through-the-ranks working leader with sixteen years of progressive growth and accountability, culminating in the privilege of serving as President. With full P&L responsibility, he provided strategic leadership to expand into new markets, drive operational effectiveness, foster new partnerships and develop new technologies that resulted in consistent positive year-to-year return on tangible assets. Joe also formed a start-up company to demonstrate new patented clean energy technology with potential for long term growth.
 
Previously, Joe was the Operations Manager for Mobil Chemical Company, performing in engineering and management positions over thirteen years for a growing 400-person manufacturing facility producing industrial, institutional and food service products. Concurrently, he also served in The U.S. Navy Reserve as a Project Liaison Officer affiliated with the Naval Research Laboratory, following seven years of active duty in the Surface Warfare community.
 
Joe is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy with an Engineering Degree, and earned a MBA from RIT. He currently serves as Chairman/Board Member of the Ontario County Economic Development Corporation, a not-for-profit corporation providing loans, grants, and other services to retain and create jobs.
 
Joe’s demonstrated “know how” can enhance an organization’s ability to navigate through strategic, operational and organizational processes required to achieve its mission, achieve goals, and insure shareholder expectations are exceeded in an uncertain economy.
