With 30 plus years of sales and management experience, Stan is a dynamic, results-oriented executive and entrepreneur with strong expertise, knowledge, and insights into both start up and turnaround situations for small to mid-sized companies. Below are a few highlights of Stan’s work at Vestlynx thus far:
- As Entrepreneur in Residence, Stan refined corporate product offerings and sales strategies as well as established a solid go to market plan for a document collaboration company. Responsibilities also include identification of M&A candidates and successful listing of the company on the Frankfurt Exchange
- As CEO of a Professional Employee Organization, effectively managed sales personnel and overall corporate growth from its startup stages to first funding event.
- As VP of Sales of a document imaging company, Stan restructured the corporation including replacement of a founder, transformation from a service bureau to an online company, implemented a SaaS model imaging services provider, and generated a 15x growth in revenue.
- As VP of Sales, managed sales and was instrumental in securing $3MM in venture funding for a New York based Web Performance company.
- As COO of a contingent staffing corporation, Stan restructured and realigned the company, identified and successfully executed a revised M&A strategy including acquisition of 2 complementary organizations and restored profitability to the combined entity.
Previous Experience:
- Prior to Vestlynx, Stan founded and grew The Netplex Group to an $80 million national systems integration firm with offices in various locations from Connecticut to Florida and west to Oklahoma City. He provided strategic direction as well as tactical management for all corporate sales, recruiting and staffing personnel.
- Stan was also instrumental in completing a reverse merger of Software Resources and publicly traded Complink, Inc with Netplex.
- Stan completed and successfully integrated 7 strategic acquisitions for Netplex ranging from consulting to applications development and staffing firms.
- Previous experience includes startup and management of the East Coast sales operations of Evernet Systems, a Kleiner Perkins funded firm, with 2 year revenue growth of $25 million. He has held senior sales positions at ITT, Syntrex and RACAL Information Systems. Stan holds a B.A. in History and an M.A. in Political Science from Brooklyn College
